Workplace Charging 

Before you apply for a WCS Grant for Workplace Charging, your organisation needs to meet the following criteria:

1. You are a registered business, charity or public sector organisation.
2. You are located in England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland.
3. You can declare the need for electric vehicle charging equipment or an intent to encourage uptake among staff and or fleet.
4. You have dedicated off street parking for staff and or fleet vehicles.
5. The property is owned by your organisation or you have permission from the landlord to install chargepoints at the site listed on your application.

The Workplace Charging Scheme (WCS) is a voucher based scheme that offers 75% towards the cost of purchase & installation of workplace chargepoints up to a maximum of £350 per socket up to a maximum of 40 chargepoints across all sites.
